Our Team
The NFI Ventures team consists of the 4th generation (G4) of the Brown Family, who bring 50+ years of combined operational and leadership experience within logistics. In addition to holding various roles across NFI’s solutions, G4 offers distinct expertise gained from their time in financial, consulting, real estate, and other industries. NFI Ventures is also supported by 1932 Capital Management, a single-family office serving the Brown Family. Jared Szychter, who leads 1932 Capital Management, partners with G4 to oversee NFI Ventures and brings a unique perspective to the team.
